Knowing salary negotiation tactics and avoiding salary negotiation landmines are key to getting the job offer that you deserve. This workshop will provide you with strategies for successful salary negotiation so that you can maximize your earning power.
In this workshop, you will learn:
- How to research your value in the marketplace
- How to determine a reasonable salary range to use in negotiations with an employer
- How to identify what components of a compensation package (pay, schedule, benefits or intangibles) that can be used in the negotiation process
