Our name is changing – but our work continues.
JVS CareerSolution is pleased to share some exciting news about a statewide initiative that involves our Career Center. On September 26, 2018, our name will change to MassHire Downtown Boston Career Center.
About a year ago, the Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development embarked on project to unify the Massachusetts Workforce Development System under a single name and shared mission. This rebranding is a demonstration of the state’s commitment to increasing meaningful career opportunities for job seekers and expanding the talent pool for businesses seeking skilled employees.
The state will launch the new brand at the end of August. Our local workforce board and this Career Center will adopt the new brand on September 26.
Please know that while our name and brand will change, our commitment to you and the work we do together will endure. In fact, we hope our partnership with you will become even stronger.
