Outplacement Services

We can add outplacement capacity to your HR team when you need it!

We provide outplacement services for employers who are downsizing or need assistance with employees who are transitioning out of the organization.

We will work with your team to support current and former employees who are in transition in either a 1:1 or group setting. Available services include career counseling, interest and skill assessment, assistance with job search, networking opportunities, and resume and cover letter research and writing.
