Is it free?
Yes. Once you become a member, everything is free.
Do I need an appointment?
No, you do not need an appointment to use the Resource Center. Walk in any time from 9 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday.
Do I need to be a member?
Yes. Everyone becomes a member before using the Resource Center or any of our services. Our Resource Center team helps people sign up to become a member when they walk in. You can also sign up online before your visit.
What should I bring?
Your resume if you have one, and any job postings or forms you are working on. If you are coming for a video interview, bring headphones. A USB drive is helpful to save your work but not required.
I am not good with computers. Can I still come?
Yes. Our team will sit with you and walk you through each step. Want to build your computer skills? The Boston Public Library offers free computer classes for all levels.
