This session brings together the people who can show you the way: a biotech employer talking about what they look for when they hire, a JVS Boston Bridges to College graduate now working in the field describing how they got there, and JVS Boston’s team explaining the training that prepares people for these roles.
You’ll hear what the work actually looks like day to day, which skills matter most to employers, and what the realistic first step is from wherever you’re starting.
