USPS recruiters will be actively hiring for Motor Vehicle Operator (CDL Class B), Tractor Trailer Operator (CDL Class A), City Carrier, and Automotive Technician positions. Key requirements
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Must be 18 years old (or 16 with a high school diploma)
- Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or eligible under U.S. territory status
- Must have lived continuously in the U.S. for at least 5 years
- Must be available to work any day, including weekends
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Required for CDL and Automotive Technician roles: Must have a valid driver’s license and at least 2 years of U.S. driving experience (including territories or military service)
- Required for CDL and Automotive Technician roles: Must pass an assessment demonstrating automotive troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair knowledge
