Job seekers can start with a five-minute AI Work Readiness Check that returns a personal score and a recommended roadmap, then take free courses and certifications, join mentorship and peer support groups, and browse a curated job board with partner employers and recurring job fairs.

The organization serves professionals, veterans, and young adults entering the workforce, and partners with employers and groups such as Google, IBM SkillsBuild, Cisco, and the City of Boston.
