An estimated 20% of the population is neurodivergent, and if you’re a part of that group, you might be struggling to land a job in a world that wasn’t built for you. While we may not be able to change the system, we can help you learn to navigate it.
This session is designed and led by our neurodivergent team. We’ll share from our own lived experience and workforce expertise, and we’ll create a neuroinclusive space where you can connect with other job seekers and get practical, honest advice tailored to the way your brain works.

- Why understanding and communicating your neurodivergent strengths needs to be at the center of your job search
- How to identify elements of your ideal job and work environment so you can find work that fits
- Tips for anticipating and proactively addressing interview challenges you may face as a neurodivergent individual
- Guidance for navigating disclosure and accommodations requests (if, when, and how!)
