Led by our neurodivergent team, this interactive mastermind is designed to be a safe, responsive, and neuroinclusive space where the community drives the conversation. Join us to troubleshoot challenges, share practical strategies, and connect with others who have been there, too.

In this group, you will have the opportunity to:
- Bring your current job search questions, challenges, and successes directly to the group for crowdsourced feedback.
- Share your wisdom and gain fresh perspectives on topics such as keeping your job search organized and moving forward, finding your fit, authentic networking, interview strategies, RSD challenges, navigating disclosure, and self-advocacy.
- Discover practical resources, tools, and strategies to help make your job search (and maybe even your life!) easier.
- Connect with a supportive network of fellow divergent minds who truly get it.
