Session 5 | Understanding AI in the Workforce

Artificial Intelligence is becoming part of nearly every industry, from customer service to healthcare and skilled trades. In this introductory class, you’ll explore what AI is, how it’s being used in today’s workplaces, and how it can support productivity without replacing your unique skills. We’ll also discuss the benefits, limitations, and ethical considerations of AI, helping you become a more informed and confident technology user.
